Refund Policy:
We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh as possible, but may have to make substitutions of equal value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, we will substitute another color of daisies when possible before using another yellow flower. Please notify us within 24 hours if there is a problem with flowers that were received. We will replace them with flowers of equal value if you call us or email us within 24 hours of the order leaving our storefront. Emails will be answered on the weekends and evenings as soon as possible. If the recipient is not home we reserve the right to "porch flowers" in weather we deem cool enough to do so. If a refund is requested before the flowers are delivered or picked up we reserve the right to refuse a total refund due to the flowers already being cut and designed.**Please be aware we are not responsible for funeral flowers being taken or put out for a service once we deliver them. 

Substitutions for Special Occasions:
Due to importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, holidays and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery. If the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you through the phone numbers or email address you provided we will substitute to the closest flowers/color that are available. We reserve the right to refuse service if the billing information does not match the credit card information. PLESE NOTE*a signature will no longer be required at time of delivery.
